Green Tea Poached Tuna
Ingredients

- 2 Bags of Strong Zesta Green Tea
- 2 halves of Tuna Steaks
- 2 Cups of Boiling Water
- 2 Tbsp of Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp of Ground Garlic
- 1 Tbsp of Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Steps to Make It
- Steep green tea in water 3 – 4 minutes
- Remove the tea bags
- Add chopped garlic and ginger to the tea
- Mix well
- Add sesame oil
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add tuna steaks and fry both sides
- Once fried, add tea mixture
- Bring to a boil and cover with a lid. Poach for 6-9 minutes
- Serve
