Green Tea Poached Tuna

Ingredients

    1. 2 Bags of Strong Zesta Green Tea
    2. 2 halves of Tuna Steaks
    3. 2 Cups of Boiling Water
    4. 2 Tbsp of Minced Garlic 
    5. 1 Tbsp of Ground Garlic
    6. 1 Tbsp of Sesame Oil
    7. 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Steps to Make It

  1. Steep green tea in water 3 – 4 minutes
  2. Remove the tea bags
  3. Add chopped garlic and ginger to the tea
  4. Mix well
  5. Add sesame oil
  6. Heat oil in a pan
  7. Add tuna steaks and fry both sides
  8. Once fried, add tea mixture
  9. Bring to a boil and cover with a lid. Poach for 6-9 minutes
  10. Serve
