Jasmine Tea

A Chinese delicacy, made by imprinting fresh Jasmine flowers on tea leaves, allowing the leaves to absorb the flavour over time. The flowers are then removed by hand, leaving a soothing, fragrant tea that is particularly enjoyable after a meal.
